Only what you give us, plus the basics any website receives.
We don't ask for — and you shouldn't send us — sensitive personal information (government ID numbers, health information, payment card numbers) through this site.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not hand your contact details to anyone to market their own products to you.
We should be plain about one exception, because some privacy laws — California's among them — count it as “sharing” even though no money changes hands: the Meta Pixel described under Cookies and tracking sends your activity on this site to Meta, which uses it to target advertising. If you would rather we did not, block the pixel as described there, or email [email protected] with “Do Not Share” and we will act on it.

Cookies needed to make the site work and keep it secure, and one advertising technology: the Meta Pixel. It runs on this site and on our free tools at tools.getdigitalagency.com.
The pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed on our site and whether you completed an action such as requesting a free audit. We use it to measure whether our advertising works and to reach people like our existing customers. Where you submit an email address to one of our tools, we may also send Meta ahashed (irreversibly scrambled) copy of it so it can match the action to an account without us handing over the address itself.
You can stop it. Browser tracking-protection or an ad blocker will block the pixel, and your Meta account's Ad Preferences let you disconnect off-Meta activity from your profile. Blocking it does not affect the free tools or anything else on this site.
Inquiries and CRM records last as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or accounting reasons. Server logs are kept briefly, on a rolling basis.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Send us a message via the contact form and we'll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — we'll honor those requests regardless of where you're based.
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
